It's hidden in the Book Room. You can get there by your Spy Phone, if you're an agent. Of course, you can walk into the Coffee Shop first, then go upstairs. Take a look. You can see the pin near the bookshelf.


Walk up and click on the pin. Then you can get the Cake Pin.
