Club Penguin update the Haunted House today. A new free Halloween Party item - the Silly Scarecrow Costume has been released. First you have to into the Haunted House. Then go upstairs and you can find a box of Scarecrow Costumes on the right side of screen. If you change your penguin's color to green and put on the Silly Scarecrow Costume, you will look like a Big Green-Man.
