2. Click on the "Go There" button. Then you will into the "Everyday Phoning Facility" Room.


3. Click on the phone to take the telephone, then a target will on the wall, press the "T" key on your keyboard to throw a snowball and hit the target.


4. As the hint on the screen, walk to the Green Square, then run to the Red Square as fast as you can.


5. Move away from the Red Square then find a hidden place.


6. Walk on the Blue Square, then hit the Electrical Source Box with a snowball.


7. Great job! You will be equipped with an Elite Spy Phone - your most important tool as an agent. And you can enter the EPF Command Room. PS: You can go to the Hidden Lake by the EPF Spy Phone and get your Elite Puffle too.
