Log in your penguin account, you can see your Spy Phone ringing. Answer it, then click "Go There". In this way, you can walk into the EPF Command Room. After that, find the screen written "Field-Ops".


Click on it to see what Gary says. Do remember to click "Accept Field Op".


To complete the field op, you should go to the Lighthouse. You can get there by the Spy Phone. Stand the drums, then your Spy Phone will ring.
